Description
A beautifully fresh and dry Aligoté that is marked by the varietal’s hallmark zesty and lush acidity and almost Chabli-esque minerality. The wine is imbued with depth and roundness from 6 months ageing in old oak barrels.
Notes of crushed stone, ripe orchard fruit and nutty, honeyed tones lead on to a palate of green apple, chalk and honeycomb. Great crisp, dry and clean finish.
