Tasting Note
It is made from Pinot Noir taken from two plots that consist of 52 year old and 40 year old vines. It is a wine full of audacity, freshness and a beautiful vinosity. With a bright gold colour adorned with small fine bubbles, forming a string of pearls with powerful aromas of red fruits (cherry, blackcurrant, raspberry). This Crémant de Bourgogne has a long and persistent finish of stewed, spicy fruit.
