Tasting Note
From the premier cru vineyard ‘Les Epenots’ in Pommard. This has a lovely nose of earthy pinot fruit. It has a dazzling and meditative nose of violets, menthol and wild herbs, as well as liquorice and soft spices. Vibrant concentrated flavours of black cherry, blackberry and dark chocolate step forward on the palate immediately. Full, rich and earthy redcurrant/ berry, oak, sweet spice and a light citric note on the middle. Perfect balance and infitie length.
