Tasting Note
The red is a little beauty, a harmonious mesh of Grenache and Syrah with a tiny amount of cinsault. Once again, Corinna has produced a wine with almost perfect balance: It is fresh and juicy with a luscious palate of spicy redcurrant/ berry, strawberries and a touch of blackcurrant and fine silky tannins. It is more pure, precise, elegant with almost gourmand fruit. It also has a very mineral accented middle and a long, juicy, subtly herbal finish.
