100% Cabernet Franc. Like the Petits Molin, this is produced from Cabernet Franc grown outside the appellation of Savennieres. The grapes are de-stemmed and fermented in small tank. Tantalising aromas of ripe black berry fruits – like a freshly picked punnet!. There is no heavy extraction here, merely an infusion of a 3 to 6 day maceration. This gentle touch results in a wine brimming with fragrant black and red berry fruits, Really pure and vibrant lovely intensity, focus and freshness, balanced by a fine acidity and supported by integrated tannin. Glorious balance and finesse. Delightful!
