Tasting Note
This is fabulous, a perfect expression of Rasteau. Big chunky and loaded with deep black fruits, assorted spices, coffee and a touch of oak. Serious wine made from only 10 year old wines. Marc has done a fantastic job here, it is so complex and full yet has balance and layers of weighty black fruits. Serious structure should allow this cuvee to benefit from 5-10 years in the cellar. A classic Blend of Grenache, Syrah and Mourvedre.
