Domaine La Bouissiere 2019 Vacqueyras
Tasting Note
A blend of Grenache (45%), Syrah (45%) and Mourvèdre (12%) this wine is deep in colour, the nose expresses aromas of blackberries, blackcurrants and notes of tobacco. In the mouth, it is complemented by a spicy and peppery flavour enhanced by an imposing tannic structure. For a wine with such density this is incredibly light and bright on the palate. The balance between succulent tannins, depth of fruit and lifting acidity and herby smokiness (very typical of the terroir here) is perfect. Wonderfully crafted.
