Tasting Note
Julien’s estate wine this year has benefited enormously from have the weaker components taken out. This wine is absolutely delicious, elegant and poised, perfectly wrought with long crystal clear flavours. As a ‘classical’ cuvee this is absolutely superb and very approachable. A blend of Grenache (60%), Mourvèdre (20%), Syrah (10%) and a smattering of others.
