Wonderful bouquet. Really exquisite, fragrance rises from the glass. Far greater intensity on the palate than I often associate with the ‘straight’ Clos Vougeot. Beautifully ripe, wild cherry fruits, fine minerality, vibrant lift of acidity, delicate spices, seamless balance and long, elegant finish. The essence of Clos Vougeot! Really refined!
