Tasting Note
Situated alongside the Clos St. Jacques, the Lavaux is always a favourite. There is a greater percentage of new oak on the 2023 vintage, which is detectable on the smoky, spicy notes, but the glorious perfume of the Lavaux and ripe berry fruits shine through. Great intensity on the palate with good grip and structure. Very stylish with silky ripe fruits, real finesse.
