Tasting Note
100% Chasselas taken from a selection of “Old Vines” from the Coteaux de Vétroz and aged on its fine lees in stainless steel vats. Delicious and delicate scents of white flowers (lime blossom) and fresh fruit escape from the nose. On the palate, the attack is frank and harmoniously balanced with the dense and rounded fruit flavours. There is a wonderful stoney mineral line that underpins the cuvée. Mirroring its terroir this is a white wine of great finesse that has the ability to age and develop wonderfully, whilst remaining eminently drinkable and approachable in its first few years as well.
