The grapes for this wine come from a vineyard which has a subsoil of metamorphic origin: (gneiss with two micas and garnet) covered with a thin soil. It develops its fruit aromas (acacia flower and white-fleshed fruit, grapefruit). A wonderfully aromatic wine with a beautiful structure in the mouth, thanks to its minerality.
