A beautiful bouquet of citrus and pear fruits erupts from the nose with a lovely slately mineral note. The palate is dry but with a such intoxicatingly sweet fruit that it incinuates a sweetness. The 6 months of lees ageing has added a lovely extra dimension to the wine, with a very subtle creaminess and roundness on the palate. This is a tight, vibrantly fresh and grippy Sancerre with citrus aromas…The wine is very elegant and a serious Sancerre to have with seafood or fish.
