Tasting Note
This special cuvée Even only produces on the very best vintages, when the conditions are just right. Light ruby in the glass with a nose of complex floral, red fruits and minerals. A deep, dry, low acidity, with fine integrated tannins. Full bodied and mouth-filling with a lovely softness of spicy red/ blackcurrant/ berry. It has a silky, smooth and elegant structure. Lightly herbal with a concentrated port-like black cherry note. Again beautifully balanced with a good minerality. Very long with a smoky, wood spiced finish. Very suited to lamb and complex provincial dishes. Truly Delicious.
