The 2020 Rouanne Brut Nature is a more feminine rendition than the 2019 which displayed very fruity cherry aromas. In 2020, the predominant traits are finesse, minerality and freshness. Louis believes that a Brut Nature should be refined, charming and pleasurable above all else, and this certainly achieves that in spades. With its aromas of white flowers and flint and its fresh palate of yellow fruits and soft sweet pear, beautifully fine and persistent mousse and a gorgeous mineral and acidic lift, this cuvée is a true pleasure to drink.
