Chateau de la Roulerie 2018 Coteaux du Layon L’Orangeraie
Tasting Note
An incredibly attractive nose of quince, candied fruits and honey. Full mouth on ripe fruit, citrus fruits, exotic fruits but also toasty notes related to aging. Fresh finish brought by mineral notes at the end of the mouth. A wine that can be savoured today, but that will age and develop even deeper and richer sensibilities with a few years in the cellar. This wine would go great alongside some aperitifs, a foie gras or even a hot fruit pie.
