The base spirit is produced from Cider apples into which they infuse a range of botanicals including: Juniper, Coriander, Angelica, Liquorice, Orrice, Orange, Lemon, Hops, Herefordshire Elderflower and Bramley apple. This is re-distilled in small batches with the vapours passing through the finest Seville orange peel for a subtle orange character.
A pleasantly fresh aroma of slightly floral botanicals, juniper and coriander seed. Lightly oiled with a very subtle, slightly crystalised orange note
Soft, yet crisp on the palate. The floral oils mingle with some gentle elderflower and botanicals. The very subtle zesty orange note only really comes through on the finish with a light sweetness, Good length and dry finish
