The nose is fuller and oilier than the Nohow, possibly due to the lavender influence. Obvious salt and seaweed but balanced by the juniper, pepper and citrus peel notes.
The palate is full, salty and seaweedy with juniper, coriander and pepper. Like the Nohow it has a slightly wheaty spirit character note on the finish with lingering saline notes.
Description
Botanicals: Juniper, coriander seed, rock samphire, seaweed-dulce, bay leaf, angelica root, lavender, black pepper, lemon peel, grapefruit peel and a small amount of refined seawater.
