A slightly oily but fresh and junipery nose with hints of lemon zest, hibiscus, grapefruit, pepper and elderflower.
The palate is a little sweeter than the nose with hibiscus and cherry blossom up front. The juniper, grapefruit and elderflower follow. Good depth with a lightly oily mouth-feel. Long grapefruit and slightly bitter spice finish.
