We take pride in our ability to tailor tastings to suit various budgets and numbers of attendees, ensuring that each experience is personalised to meet your specific requirements. When considering our services, here are some key points to keep in mind:

When thinking about a private tasting, the starting point for your plans should be your overall budget for the event.  For our wine tastings, for example, we limit the ticket sales to 16 as that is probably the maximum decent sized servings that you would get from a standard 75cl bottle of wine. We currently charge £35 per ticket, thus that gives us a budget of up to £560 to use for the evening.

Once you have established the budget for the event we can then look at the theme for the evening, whether that is wines from a specific region, producer, or maybe it could just be a selection of various wines without any overriding theme at all. Next, we would need to agree upon the number of bottles of each wine, as previously mentioned up to 16 attendees is an ideal number, but if you were thinking of a larger number then we would have to consider 2 or possibly more bottles of each wine for the tasting.

The final point for consideration is the location of the tasting. For groups up to 16 we can hold the event at the shop, but if the number of attendees is greater than that, we may well have to look at using an outside venue. Obviously, if that was the case, then that may have an impact upon the budget for the evening.

Depending on your desired ambience, our events can lean heavily towards the highly informative, providing enriching insights into the world of fine wines and spirits, or alternatively, we can offer a more relaxed, walk-around format, allowing guests to mingle and enjoy the offerings in a casual setting.
