2024 Domaine de Cristia IGP Méditerranée Rolle
From sandy-clay soils to the east of Châteauneuf-du-Pape, this 100% Rolle undergoes 6 months ageing in stainless steel, giving a wine which is fresh and vibrant but still carries Rolle’s typical and satisfying oily texture. Citric tones of candied lemon peel give way to fuller, richer, ripe apricot stone fruit and honeysuckle aromatics, finishing with zesty, lemony acidity.
2023 Domaine de Cristia Côtes-du-Rhône Rouge
An old vine blend of 80% Grenache and 20% Syrah, grown on Limestone, marl and sandstone soils, the wine is fermented and aged in concrete for 6 months. Showing red and dark fruits of strawberry, raspberry and black cherry, with cinnamon and liquorice-spiced notes interspersed with a peppery, floral streak and ample, juicy freshness
2022 Azienda Agricola Baracchi O’Lilla IGT Toscana Bianco
A blend of 80% Chardonnay and 20% Viognier from hillside vineyards of calcareous clay. The O’Lilla Bianco is fermented and aged in stainless steel for 6 months and rested in bottle for a further month giving a wine that shows lively acidity and freshness all enveloped in a soft, velvety texture. Crisp, clean flavours of lemon and green apple cut through richer, more exotic pinaeapple fruit, enhanced further with habaceous and floral accacia tones that lead to a subtly savoury finish.
2022 Azienda Agricola Baracchi ‘O’Lillo’ IGT Toscano Rosso
Equal parts Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Sangiovese and Syrah from the calcareous-clay soils of the Cortona hills. The wine is macerated on the skins for 20 days before being fermented and aged in stainless steel, followed by 3 months resting in bottle. The O’Lillo Rosso is juicy and fruit-forward, with flavours of red cherry and blackcurrant, but also full, rounded and concentrated, with earthy, savoury nuances of tobacco, forest floor and pepper.
2025 Château D’Or et de Gueule Costières de Nîmes ‘Les Cimels’ Blanc
From the stony, sandy soils of the Costières de Nîmes, the ‘Les Cimels’ Blanc is a blend of 60% Grenache Blanc, 30% Roussanne and 10% Rolle that has been fermented and aged entirely in stainless steel to preserve its freshness and aromatic purity. Bright citrus and white blossom leap from the glass, followed by juicy stone fruit and a subtle herbal lift. Crisp, dry and refreshing with bright acidity and a gently rounded texture.
2024 Château D’Or et de Gueule Costières de Nîmes ‘Les Cimels’ Rouge
A blend of 60% Syrah, 30% old-vine Carignan and 10% Grenache, with the varieties vinified separately before extended ageing in tank to soften the tannins and preserve the fruit. Ripe blackberry, black cherry and plum are layered with cracked black pepper, sweet spice and fragrant herbs of Provence. Full-flavoured yet wonderfully fresh, with supple tannins and impressive length.
