100% Chenin Blanc, produced from the young vines from Savennieres and from grapes grown outside the AC. Bright, pale gold in the glass with wonderfully vibrant, apricot and quince fruits. This is a beautifully pure, dry Chenin, with fabulous balance of saline acidity. Really classy.
