Gauntleys Whisky Club – Whisky Tasting Evening – 17th June 2026

Due to the tight costings of the evenings, we can only accept cancellations and offer refunds up to 7 days before the event. Within 7 days of the event, we can try and resell your ticket, and if successful, we will offer you either an alternative event to attend or a refund. If we are unable to re-sell the ticket, we reserve the right to measure out tasting samples of each of the whiskies tasted and keep them safe for you. There will be a £5 surcharge for this to cover the costs of the bottles / labels.

If you are a last-minute cancellation, we reserve the right to measure out tasting samples of each of the whiskies tasted and keep them safe for you. You will need to let us know by 5pm at the latest on the day of the event either by e-mail (eann@gauntleys.com) or by phone on 01159 110555. These sample measures can be collected from the shop at your leisure. If you wish the samples mailed out to you there will be a small extra charge for this.

It is your responsibility to note the correct time and date of the event to ensure your attendance as we will not accept any liability in this regard. Refunds will not be given for failure to attend. Purchased spaces are non-transferable.

If we need to cancel an event for whatever reason we will of course offer to move you on to the next available whisky evening or offer a full refund.
