Description
Produced from older vines, from some of the estate’s most important terroirs, this is the domaine’s flagship cuvee. Fermented and aged for around 12 months in a combination of stainless steel vat and barrel. Much more intensity on the bouquet. More serious than the Petit F. Greater concentration on palate too with hints of gooseberry on both nose and palate, together with a distinctive smoky minerality. Super complexity and depth, with flinty mineral notes and a vibrant apple acidity. Super intensity and lingering finish.
