It’s colour is pale yellow with light golden reflections. The nose is fruit with fleshy white fruits, such as peach and apricot or apple, are present in the mouth. This mineral Muscadet has a beautiful mineral structure on the palate.
The Muscadet Sèvre et Maine sur lees from the Grand Fief de la Cormeraie is a powerful and well-structured terroir wine that will flourish with fish of character (grilled salmon), noble shellfish (lobster…) as well as seafood.
