Tasting Note
With the ‘Les Dentelles’ Cuvée, Corinna has aimed to craft a wine that captures all of the warmth and charm of the Southern Rhône, whilst remaining slightly lighter, approachable and keeping the degree of alcohol to a reasonable level. She has most definitely suceeded!
A blend of 70% Mourvèdre, 20% Grenache and 10% Syrah from vines grown organically and planted on South-East facing terraces, on clay-limestone soils. This is a pure, elegant, refined, refreshing and eminently drinkable, and absolutely perfect in the warmer summer months and dining al fresco! Energetic and full of deliciously ripe and juicy black and red fruits, hint of garrigue and sweet spice, as well as a welcome levity and acidity.
You will not want your glass to empty!
