The Monnieres Saint Fiacre is streamlined and direct on the palate, with a fabulous saline minerality and real vibrancy. Due to their lengthy elevage, it really benefits from decanting to fully reveal its complexities. Tis is a stunning wine, bone dry with lovely intensity and mineral expression, but still possessing the freshness of Muscadet, with real finesse.
